had been thinking of getting my house renovated to accommodate access for my disabled brother. I was very apprehensive about having the work done, not knowing the industry and the horror stories. One of my requirements was that we were still going to be living in the house and needed to ensure that the family were safe during the build.I reached out to many builders and some were quick to say they can do the work and the rest of the detail we could work out later which worried me ! I was recommended AV Construction LTD by a family member. Once I contacted AV, Sam promptly came around and gave me a good assessment of the work that was needed highlighted the challenges and created a clear vision on what my extension would look like . I chose AV because they were honest and understood that I have two vulnerable people living in the house. I am pleased to say that I was not disappointed ! The quality of the workmanship is second to none. The ideas that Sajan and Raja shared and executed gave us a beautiful light and open living space.Our home is now used to its full potential. AV accommodated all additional changes I needed during the build and no short cuts were taken. I couldnt recommend AV highly enough to anyone who is looking to carry out a large home, you will be in safe hands.
