When I originally ordered, I asked for a brown sugar milk tea with oat milk (due to dietary restrictions). When i got my drink I didn't see oat on the sticker on the side so went to doube check. No, this was cows milk so I asked for a new drink. I was then asked if I wanted more or less milk. This took some explaining. When he took my drink to make a new one I could see that he had only poured out some of the drink and left milk in it. He was going to top it up into the same cup. This is concerning. Finally, someone else stepped in and helped and I got a new drink with oat milk. I'll be honest it wasn't really worth the wait. I didn't realise that the oat milk that was used would be powdered, so it was like sand in the drink. Very odd. My concern is the lack of food hygene knowledge. For me, this is a dietary choice however some have serious allergies and this is dangerous.
