The Breakfast Club Canary Wharf

Really good breakfast. Unfortunately the service vas very slow even dough we where there pretty early, it took them like 20 min to take our order. And the food took a while to come as well. Also I really dislike that they include the tipping in the bill. You should have that as an option while you pay.

I have a dairy allergy and they was aware. Ordered an iced oat latte but hours later I am definitely sure it was dairy. Been throwing up all day because of it. Was seated and order was took, but took about an hour to come out, however tables around us was seated, their order was took and their food came, and they had finished their meal before we even received our food. Got the iced latte off the bill however I am still feeling the consequences of it. Very understaffed. Pro:the food was nice Vegetarian options: Vegan options

The food is nice and the ambience is great. Love the diner vibe. However, after being here a couple of times I definitely feel like the service subpar. For the prices they charge, the service feels unwelcoming and untrained. For example, we had to ask for water 3 times (waited 15 mins for it). Then they got our order wrong. The replacement took a while but didnt exactly feel like it was fresh. Overall the food is really nice but the service ruined the experience.
