Brunch & Boba

I just ordered online from this place, click and collect, only to go and find that they are shut down and no one is answering the phone. So I just got scammed out of my money. How awful!

Visited this promising new place today, ordered a small meal and may have been the first customer of the day given the time i went in and the fact that i was the only one inside. Ordered a passion fruit mojito and a water bottle along side the mains. Came home to find i was given a luke warm bubble tea instead of a mojito and no water bottle which i was charged for. How can you possibly get it wrong when i was the only one present inside is beyond my imagination. The food itself, mediocore, presentation was decent and portion sizes were reasonable. However, it lacked the taste of freshness and flavours given you can see there is a lot going on in the tacos in terms of spices ect.

Seen this many times on food delivery apps so decided to go in and try it for myself. Just wanted drinks on a hot day. Many drinks on the menu were not available. They didnt have tapioca, they didnt have brown sugar and some of the fruit tea options. Very disappointing. I was the only person in the shop and there were no orders being served, I ordered three fruit teas, the service was very slow. As for the shop, dont be fooled by the neon signs and flowery walls, place looks run down and the cleanliness behind the counter is questionable. If your someone that pays attention to detail and when the bubble tea market is so popular, the printing on the cups for the business was wrong, instead is 2021 it was 20211 and the straw wouldnt go through the lid very easily, causing mess from all three drinks. Something is going wrong. As for the drinks, they tasted fine. I gave it a three star as I was in the middle with this location.

I waited over an hour for the tacos and there were only two other people inside, four of us in total. The food was quite good, just a real shame about the wait.
