Bromley Brides

The shop is lovely, has loads of very nice dresses and most of the staff is lovely and helpful. Trying on dresses there was a pleasure and ordering my dress went without a hitch. The alterations process is another story! I am sorry to say, but Fatima, while being a lovely person, did a really terrible job on my dress and dropped it off at the shop as 'ready to pick up' without me even trying it on. When I did in fact try it on and it was very clearly awful (imagine the panic, a month out from the wedding), the staff present on the day (apologies for not remembering all names) kindly assured me they would fix it in time and assigned me Anna instead. Anna eventually did a great job on the dress and I am thankful for that, but I did end up getting charged an extra 100 when I had already paid Fatima her fee which was meant to be all in for all alterations - and I found that out at the end as I was collecting my dress, no one informed me of any extra charges prior to this. All in all I ended up having to go to Bromley (which is 2 hours away from where I live) 8 times (1 to try on dresses, 1 to place the order, 2 for alterations with Fatima, 1 when Fatima told the shop I should collect my dress but it wasn't actually ready, 2 for alterations with Anna and 1 for final fitting and pick up), and would have had to come once more if I wanted the dress steamed which I declined as I couldn't afford another day blocked off to go back. I now have my dress back home and all ends well, but it definitely hasn't been a smooth or stress free process.

Lovely place! Its like a dream for a bride You can find there lots of beautiful dresses. Nice atmosphere and nice staff. Big thank you for Becky!!! She helped me a lot throughout my short journey at "Bromley Brides" to find my dream dress that fit body shape and personality, and thank you to alteration lady for nice advises. Stunning bridal boutique - found my dream dress which is absolutely stunning and upstairs is just beautiful .Lovely friendly staff and alterations were made by the lovely and wonderful seamstress Fatima. Every bride needs to visit Bromley Brides

Visited Bromley Brides yesterday with my daughter and 4 others . I cannot praise this place enough, we booked the appointment that included a glass of Prosecco. We was helped by JUNE who was absolutely fantastic, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped my daughter find her perfect dresswe cant thank her enough. The room we was taken too was amazing, we was all extremely impressed. My daughter is over the moon and she absolutely loved June and felt very comfortable with her.shes a diamond, thank you June Michelle and Jess x
