        i only went once...i enjoyed it..they were covering all the basics for total beginners..boy the gym is hot from body heat (open the windows guys..pleeeeasre..lol) Im a middle aged guy and didnt feel out of my depth with the youth them..yes i reckon ill return..good vibes good guys..love the old ladies taking the subs..bless..great community stuff
