Clearly managers of the store did not take any action since last reviews as the service is still awful for this type of the shop. I've entered on Friday evening, was not greeted, asked for help and was responded with yes, but then ended up waiting for 30 mins until the store assistant will finish her laugh with the customer. Oh well, no Wolford anymore, will def share this feedback further once I find out the contact details of the managers.

Customer service is absolutely awful, I was trying to take a tight from shelf and was told I am not allowed to, she will help. I left stood next to till and waited for 3 customers to pay. When it was my turn, she started to serve another customer who came much later than me. I wasted 20 mins in the shop and not getting served. Not coming to this shop ever again!!!

I have just been to Wolford's for the first time and have purchased a pair of Artemis Trousers and other items, great quality and a big thanks to Carolina who's advice an assistance made it good shopping experience.

Customer service from staff leaves a lot more to be desired. We came in close to closing, were greeted and left to browse. When I came to pay for my tights, I was rudely told Weve closed the till. This could have easily been communicated before the till was closed, we were the only two people in the tiny store. Come on ladies, you work in retail. There really is no need to be snooty. You work for Wolford, you don't own Wolford.
