Steven knew all the features of the cars and made great recommendations. Greg Barbaris was also fantastic in explaining the financial and insurance aspects. I have recently had some issues with my BMW and decided to use Sytner at Harold wood. I was pleasant surprised with the customer service, in particular with my rep Samuel Offe. He went above the expectations, he kept me informed throughout the all process. I had to wait for some parts (vibration Damper )from Germany and he reassured me and kept me informed about dates and how the service would be completed. He liaised with other mechanic that was involved with a previous service in my car. He advocated for my interests and made sure to explain things to me in a simple language but in an accurate way.
