Jon was brilliant. I wasn't 100% sure what we wanted/needed to replace the bedroom blind we had that was falling apart. Jon did a great job measuring up and giving some advice on what might suitable. Decided to go ahead. Just a few weeks later Jon arrived on time and got to work fitting our lovely new blinds. Professional fit and transparent pricing for a high quality product. Would highly recommend.

Jon was professional throughout, from first contact to finished product. He is very knowledgeable and was able to provide advice and guidance so that we were able to make an informed decision. At no time did we feel under any obligation. Jon spoke with us over the phone and then visited us - for free- with a wide range of samples. We placed our order and were informed of lead in times straight away. In fact they came quicker than expected. Jon fitted the blinds and was quick, very tidy and professional throughout. The blinds look fantastic; we have no hesitation recommending JT blinds.
