        Last evening 6pm class with Valerie was amazing. I love the way Valerie teaches yoga. The dialogue and corrections are always on point! She is amazing teacher for both beginners and advanced. She is funny, professional and very knowledgeable.Also her classes are a proper flow as I always manage to mediate while I practice. Her teaching goes beyond and above good teaching as she has so much wisdom. Best!
