        The staff were very friendly and genuinely trying to help, but unfortunately it was really stressful as they gave me optimistic estimates of time with the actual result after 6 days they havent even contacted me for the quoteeven if they are busy I think its better to say it Strauss people can plan accordinglyIn the end I didnt know how much time it would take to price and service the bike, and they wouldnt give a realistic answer (more like we do it as soon as possible, probably tomorrow and then they disappear and I had to keep calling and put unnecessary stress on them. They just need better organising, oh well

        No after sales care and rude staff. I called to ask what to do about my son's 3 week old bike which had gone rusty to be told this was normal and I was being difficult.
