When my Boardman electric bike from Halfords had stopped working, I had given up hope of it ever being fixed after Halfords gave me the runaround. In desperation I searched for local shops that had expertise with Fazua systems and was so pleased to find J R Bikes who managed to identify the issue and resolved the fault very quickly. I would strongly recommend buying a bike from this store as they can source a wide range of bikes and the service is excellent.

Asked to borrow the pump as I had a flat tyre and was miles away from home. Was told in quite a patronising way that that wouldn't fix the puncture, to which I informed them I had a spare inner tube & the kit needed to fix it. Though they did let me borrow the pump, it felt like I was asking a lot, just the impression I got. When I wasn't sure if the pump's nozzle worked for my presta tube, again quite patronising with his response. Figured it out in the end and went on my way. 3/5 because although they did allow me to use their pump, there was dismissive nature to the interaction and I felt unwelcome (presumably because they didn't think I'd spend any money) and like I was stupid at some points. Had this been different I may have purchased a few items.
