A very helpful and friendly female member of the shop team was incredibly generous with her knowledge, advice and support when I popped in this week. Thank you! The shop is also very helpfully positioned on a popular thoroughfare out of london, so if you encounter a problem at the very start of your ride, its ideally located.

Steve was exceptionally helpful and took time to explain the different functionalities of the E-bikes we were looking at. I would highly recommend this shop for stock and service.

Immediately after purchasing from this store, I sat down, purchase in hand, in the (empty) coffee shop which is part of the store to kill 10 minutes. After a few minutes I was accosted by a member of staff asking me to leave as this is not a public place in a rude manner and I had to point out to him Id just purchased something from the store. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant and I wont be going back.

Amazing experience and customer service, best bicycle shop about. Bought my bike here and had a bike fitting. Purchase process was made super easy, I used cycle to work scheme and they actually remembered and reached out to me later when the bike came back in stock, shoutout Steve. Would highly recommend a bike fitting with Sandro, enjoyable and eye opening experience really learned so much about my body and bike. Felt like a full physiotherapist assessment, replaced parts on my bike for the better, solved my lower back and knee pains when cycling. Get a full breakdown of your body recording/stats and are able to come back for additional adjustments.
