Scam artists - wouldnt even give a star if could We bought a bike on special today only offer. We had the bike for 10 minutes, even returning to the shop within the first 5 minutes as the seat was extremely loose, to find out that it had a deep scratch on it. We wanted to return it to be told they dont do returns, when arguing this they came up with a number of reasons why we couldnt return. Firstly, they dont do returns on new bikes, when the sign clearly says no return on second hand and electric bikes, then told us thats why I gave you the discount because of the issues - he did not. He never mentioned the issues at all. He kept saying you need to check our terms it says no refunds, the terms on their website actually states they refund within 15 days, which he replied only if the bike is damaged which he said it wasnt despite the deep scratch as the bike still functions, the terms on the website doesnt state this only that it must be in the condition it was sold in and unused. They eventually implied that we had damaged it within the 10 minutes we had it, even though we didnt really have it for 10 minutes because we already had to return to the shop. We are fairly certain that the bike we saw on display and agreed to buy was not the bike we were originally given. We had no choice but to accept a brand new replacement, which isnt even in the best condition, but much better than the bike we had first, as they refused any other type of refund. We wished we had recorded the interaction as this review doesnt even show how bad the service was.
