Beermats4U LTD

Were a volunteer-run festival that purchased 5,000 beer mats from this company I was notified that the beer mats would be dispatched on a given date and our chair administered the payment. A confirmation of payment was sent noting that the dispatch date would be later than initially said. The new dispatch date wasnt compatible with our timeline. Upon asking the company for an update on our order I was given the option to pay an additional 40 for one-day delivery to receive the beer mats within good time. Despite making that payment, the beer mats still didn't arrive. The beer mats were purchased for the purposes of promoting and raising awareness of the festival, but they were also designed as fundraising materials. But as this year's festivals date was printed on the beer mats, they are now futile. Throughout the whole process the company was unprofessional and communication was insufficient, making our work of organising the festival difficult. A verbal agreement was reached between a member of their staff and our chair that if the materials wouldnt arrive by the day of the festival a full refund would be issued. They failed to adhere to the spirit of the agreement made by both parties, and are now refusing to administer a refund.

Horrendous Customer service and a bizarre approach to quality control that cannot be depended upon. Avoid this supplier at all costs.

We've ordered 2 big orders of beermats for Christmas and Easter from this company and both have been excellently produced and on time. We are thrilled and they have been very well received by many people. Thank you for your efforts, they are much appreciated. I was particularly struck by the quality and detail of the print resolution and how well my images came out.

We had a good experience with beermats4u. We couldn't figure out how to use their templates and was opted to provide the two wedding photographs we wanted for an anniversary to their design department. We sent the photos via email and told them what text and font we wanted. And how we wanted our beer mats to look. Beermats4u sent an email with the design without their Web address. We liked the look of their mock-ups so much we asked them to include their Web address. You do need to allow about three weeks after payment as they come from The Netherlands. We are very, very pleased with the print, colourfastness and the cost. I think they could do better by doing smaller batches for special events and or variety advertising. We've added a photo of the actual beer mat front and back.

Not good, beermats looked unfinshed and the packaging was very damaged and ppor. loose beer mats in a box/bag. Will use again but only because of cost
