        Visited this retail park to look at sofa, etc. I recieved a parking ticket for staying over 2hrs. Never again.

        Great staff and reasonably priced products though some were not up to the quality but overall nice experience.

        Traveled here with the intention of buying a Hypnos 03 mattress, walked upstairs to a completely uninviting atmosphere with a group of employees sat down huddled in the middle of the store, talking loudly with each other and having banter, most on their phones not even looking up, some glancing at us but pretending we werent even there as we looked around. Clearly nobody had to desire to help us, so we wandered next door to Furniture Village to happily find they also sold Hypnos and were expertly assisted into making a purchase there. Glad our journey to Romford wasnt wasted in the end
