Staff very grumpy and treating customers as though they were causing an unnecessary inconvenience when they had spotted that they were being overcharged for various items. The queue for the till is down a tiny aisle which is confusing and difficult for people to get buggies or wheelchairs through when there is an obvious wider option for the queue parallel. Lots of incompetency among staff and unhappy customers.

The pharmacy staff were extremely helpful and kind when I needed help finding a certain medication. This branch is extremely busy most of the time so keep that in mind
