        Never open on time. Have had three experiences where the staff have disregarded the opening times on the website and just opened the shop when they want.

        Have been laughed at when going in with a skin complaint. Takes forever to be served. Says it's open till 7 but they lock the doors early and ignore you when you knock even though you can see them.

        Good man @ Boots. He has a very good memory, as he remembers stuff. Did not wait too long for the medicine. Cheers Boots at Crouch End.

        Boots have the worst customer service (telephone) advisors (xena), in the history of customer service advisors. Furthermore, boots' online customer services have no product knowledge, which is embarrassing. Crouch end boots is a lovely store to shop in. The staff who work in this store are a credit to the company.
