I would be very careful about using this salon and do not book an appointment through treatwell for this salon. I turned up on the day ready for my appointment and they said they cant do it and they dont get the notifications from this app. I cant wash my own hair as had an operation and told them this but they said its "not their fault" & "they have told the owner but she doesnt care we have this issue" I called after I left to see if they could fit me in, the staff over talked me and put down the phone. Terrible customer service, terrible staff, terrible business. I would of gone elsewhere and booked a lot sooner if my appointment didnt come through confirmed. Very disappointment in the people that run this shop! It also prompted me to pay online and thank goodness I didnt.

I just came out of hospital and wanted a blow dry I saw on Treatwell they had spaces available so I did a walk in as its close and they lied and said they are fully booked . Disgusting salon and they both looked incompetent anyway
