Ive spent >6.000 on Eletrolysis with Parkside. 2 years later, my hair growth is 100% of what it was before I started. Having said that, the customer service is very good and the ladies that do the treatment are lovely

Unfortunately, this establishment has a lack of customer service on the front desk. All aestheticians I have had have been great, but the front desk ladies have booked in appointments and then they are not in their books once you arrive. They did manage to fit me in slightly later, but didnt apologise for anything. Today, I turned up for my 2pm appointment and the establishment was closed. I didnt receive an email or text to inform me of this. Wasting my money and time. I have been a regular customer here for almost a year and Im finally done with their services. Which is a shame, because, other than the receptionists its a great place.

This is a really friendly beauty salon. Svetlana is a brilliant therapist and really takes care of you. Highly recommended. A real find in Holloway - opposite Paradise Park. Linda on reception is also very helpful and efficient.

I regularly get my electrolysis done by Svitlana, shes very warm & friendly, has always looked after me! Very pleased with the results :) If youre looking to get electrolysis done, this is the place. Only reason I wouldnt give 5 stars is because of the limited number of staff. If you book an appointment in advance and your electrolysis therapist is unavailable that day, no other staff can cover that appointment, youll have to rebook the appointment for a different date.
