HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BLONDE LADY!!!!!! My sister & I came here today to get our eyebrows threaded and unfortunately my sister had a very bad experience. Upon looking at her eyebrows, she asked if the lady could take it in slightly and she became very angry and said "I asked her twice if it was ok!" in a very horrible manner. She kept saying this until I told her that my sister only just noticed (bearing in mind we haven't even left the shop yet!), which I had to say twice as she kept saying this in a very rude manner. Horrible customer service from this lady, was very rude and did not apologise for her behaviour! However, the lady who did my eyebrows was lovely, I go to her everytime and always receive the best service from her, she came promptly and fixed my sister's eyebrows as requested which was very nice of her. It is funny as reading through all their negative review's their response is "had you had contacted us we would have identified the issue", my sister literally did this in the shop and was met with so much anger and snarky comments! My whole family & I are regular customers at Posh and have never had such an awful experience here, it is a complete shame, will be avoiding this lady when going there from now on (blonde lady) and do be sure to avoid her as she does not like providing good customer service. Again, the lady I usually go to is lovely so this is not bashing the whole team there, just the blonde brown lady in particular is horrible!!! Service: Hair threading

Booked for a haircut. When I got there, there was some confrontation about how they called someone who they thought was me and this person was very rude on the phone. Didnt engage in this conversation as Id left my baby at home - just wanted a hair cut asap so I can go back to her. Currently suffering from postpartum hair loss so my hair is quite thin and just need it short so it falls out less. The lady who was cutting my hair said it was thick so she charged more. Found that hard to believe but went along as I just wanted it to get it done. I asked for a short length with some layers. Dont think the lady was even listening as she gave me a straight cut that was at a mid-length. Charged me 32. When home to find a small part of my hair wasnt cut straight and there was one strand of hair that wasnt cut at all!! I reckon if youre a regular there, they probably treat you better hence all the good reviews but would not recommend. Service: Hairstyling
