I booked on Treatwell, I went there for a eyebrows shape and upper lip wax. When I was about to to pay, she said: "you booked on Treatwell? It would be 13 pounds, cash only" . Firstly, I wish it was said in advance that it was cash only, secondly when I asked for the price if I hadn't booked on Treatwell she said it would have been 10 pounds. I find this very unprofessional, I would not recommend it.

Small salon nice and clean . Unfortunately I had a really bad breakout after I have a facial . The beautician was slightly forceful when extracting blackhead . Three places were left inflamed a day later they were infected!! Then I went on to have a lash lift .which was the quickest last lift I've had . She literally didn't pay attention when lifted and placing my lashes So my right eye was perfect I have to say but my left lashes were over lapped and curled too tight . Then I had henna brows. I wanted dark brown but the beautician used midnight black/blue colour. Not naturally shaped properly . So all in all never going back !!! I've had all these treatments on a regular basis . Never had an issue. Until I went to this salon !!! Very disappointed as I couldn't go back due to having all these treatments because I was going on Holiday the next day ! Really bad results, they were busy so they couldnt spend the right time with me so when the treatment was finished literally looked exactly the same as when I got there and the lady said it will pop up the day after. Ive had this done multiple times and its results straight away. I complained and she still charged me. Very bad, if you cant cope with customers dont take any more and make sure you do the things right with the ones that you already have! Service: Lash lift
