Stressful spa - From before we even made the booking the lady was rushing us to come earlier when we hadnt completely decided if we was having multiple treatments as she said she didnt have enough time, after travelling from a far distance the spa contacted us 5 times checking how far we was & asked if we could take a payment and we said no as we wasnt sure which treatment we would have time to get done so that would differ in the price, when we arrived she told us she had taken the payment as a colleague explained the cancellation fee but that was never really explained. Then what was supposed to be a relaxing massage as whilst we was receiving the massage staff members kept coming in and leaving the door open which was embarrassing & humiliating & cold! After then rushing the massage which was supposed to be an hour Im sure was cut shorter she then came in asking if she could take payment for facials, I asked the owner to speak to the card holder as that wasnt myself and I cant give permission for that which she should be aware of as they had already taken payments and our name details from us! We was supposed to be able to use a steam room but after the time being rushed that wasnt offered anymore and then after seeing that the steam room was basically a shower it was wanted anyway. In the package that was agreed,we was supposed to have mini manicures and pedicures and the staff told us to come in flip flops for this ( it was raining ) we never received any manicure or pedicure. And we both had the same package but my friend had a heated bed & I had some old plastic bed & for the massage I was never asked what areas I wanted them to focus on and they didnt know where any of theyre facial tools where (black head remover) & my friend was and then I was explained after care from after my facial and my friend wasnt, the service wasnt equal. I wouldnt recommend to anyone, i left more stressed than when I entered, Im also not sure how clean the tools where that they used and nobody discussed the products they put on my face they just asked me if I have oily or combination skin and now since the facial my skin has been 10 times worst than its ever been! I think the owner doesnt care about the business and just wants quick money and this is it! Services: Skin treatments, Massage
