I did my nails twice here. First time the gel hold really well and work was really nicely done. However, the second time I got nails done, my manicure only survived 1 day! Gel from one of my nails completely peeled off, while others started coming off literally the next day I got them done. Moreover, manicurist left a big gap from the cuticle and added way thicker layer of gel on some nails than others. It took 2 hours to get it done but manicure only survived one day. A very disappointing experience for 35

First time I went for a trim and a blow dry, I had the worst cut Ive ever had, admittedly my hair was damaged but even after I insisted on keeping my length as I was just wanting a slight trim, she still cut a good few inches off suggesting that its damaged and left me with two layers of hair. One starting from the top of my ears and the other to my shoulders. She did a lovely blow dry though so couldnt actually tell how bad the cut was until the next day when I washed my hair. On the phone I was quoted 45 but on the day was charged 50. Ive had a VERY hard time now trying to grow my hair out and have actually ended up paying a serious amount of money getting extensions in, so I wish I never let her cut my hair. Second time I came in for just a blow dry seeing as my blow dry previously was good. Unfortunately this time my blow dry was awful, lovely girl called Anna, and she tried her best however she took 2 hours doing it for starters so I was actually late to my event and secondly the blow dry was awfully done, I gave very clear instructions on how I wanted my fringe to be swept across my face and not styled back, but my fringe was sticking up in the air as shed put rollers in it ? So I had baby hairs sticking up, she did try and fix it by straightening them down but all it did was mess it further. I paid 50 and my blow dry didnt look professional at all. As much as the staff are lovely and try their best Ive now had two really bad experiences so will not be visiting again. Services: Hairstyling, Blowdry
