located in a very beautiful location salon is nice with a vintage touch can do with a touch up prices can go abit lower overall staff was nice I couldn't get an appointment with the recommended stylist but wasn't happy with the wash of my hair for the price it should have been a good deep double shampoo with a hair mask and massage this was the downfall and also abit more time could have been taken with the blowout I felt it was very rushed hairstylist did not recommend or check hair as normal stylist would! overall location setting nice but wasn't happy with the service. I have been to salon with lower pricing who did a better job sorry to say! Will try one more time with the recommended stylist in the coming months and see if it was just the stylist issue or the overall service will leave a second opinion! I was disappointed but you cannot force and say I.e wash my hair again give me a massage this is the normal practice in even a basic salon was expecting more. Today was my first time at Kleins, and I got my hair coloured (face shaping & roots), cut & blowdry with Shannon. I absolutely loved the service!! Shannon has many years of experience and it reflects in her work. She is very easy to talk with. Shannon listens and delivers exactly what her client wants. At every stage throughout the process she has ensured that I was comfortable and liking what she was doing with my hair. Others in her team are also very nice and welcoming. Such as Francesca.
