The professional has no idea what she is doing or she did just anything that is not a massage. I booked from Groupon today to 10 am. And 10 am, I called saying that I took the wrong way bus and I would take around 40 minutes to arrive. The woman said that it's ok, no problem I could come anyway. I arrived there at 11 am. Was nobody waiting there, just the professionals doing nothing. The professional called the owner who said as I got late she just could make 30 minutes in my back only. I complained because she said on the telephone the lAte was ok. So she allowed her to make 15 on my back and 15 facial. It would be ok if the professional knows what she was doing, but she doesn't. She is not qualified for that. She asked hard or light, I said hard because I have pain in the back. She just pressed the back once, the rest of the time she was passing the oil I'm my back, never pressed any point of massage of the body, stayed most of the part on the left side and forget about the right side, did not touch in my hand, not even I'm my leg or any part of my body, just passing the oil in my back. When I turned to the front, she just exfoliated my face and leave for the rest of the time with a facial mask alone. She never made any movement of a real massage. I know what massage is and she did not make one, at all. Among this, the oil is so heavy and she has no idea about quantity, that my clothes are dirty of the oil. I have washed my hair today as well, but I will have to wash again because she did not use anything to protect the hair against the oil or the product. When I left the room, the owner was outside waiting for me to give me a folder of the place with the prices. The store was empty and nobody was waiting to do anything. If the massage was well done, I would not complain, because of the late, but I repeat: the woman has no idea what she is doing, it's not even close to being a massage, to be honest, I would never hire her. I want my money back because she is not a qualified professional and they never got close to the propose. Should be fired to be honest, because massage on the back is a serious thing and she can make someone have a real problem
