I booked a treatment in February 2022 using a Treat Well voucher. When I arrived the place was closed and the owner wasn't answering my calls or calls from Treat Well customer service. Very disappointing.

I talked to Anastasia on the phone and she listed and took time to understand my skin issue. I sent her pictures and she said that we can do deep cleaning. We agreed that I would come over on a Saturday. I cancelled all my plans and my husband cancelled his plans to take care of our toddler but on that day she said that she is working in two salons and cannot see me. I should come next week. I was very dissapointed as I was really looking forward to the appointment and my day was ruined. I cannot review her work but she might need to improve in handling clients. I would have been a loyal client as I live very close and wanted to come every months for different kind of treatments. She apologised so thats why I am rating her 2 stars but she should have offered me maybe a reduced price or a voucher or anything else. A sorry does not bring back a day.
