If i could rate this place in the negatives i would. This place has stolen 700 from me. I paid for 10 sessions and only completed 6!! They have randomly disappeared, with no contact. HAVE SOME SHAME!! Do you not feel guilty for stealing thousands of pounds from innocent people?!? The owner was the rudest most disrespectful self centred woman i have ever met!! the actual worker who lasered ( dilek ) was quite the opposite but i am so incredibly disappointed !! How could you do this to a 17 year old young innocent girl with PCOS ?! Not only this but the laser didn't even work!! i still have so much hair!! Trust me this is not the end for this clinic. sleep with one eye open enay.

The manager/owner is R U D E! Speaks in Turkish in front of clients that do not speak her language (she did this in front of me deliberately) and has a haughty attitude (unclear why!) All the staff have been sacked by her because shes a control freak who has little to no respect for her clients/staff. This place has changed owners so many times, its a mess. Demut and Hatun were friendly (fired by her). I wish I didnt have any more laser treatments with them but I paid in advance. Would not recommend Its called Beauty Life Clinic now, not Clinica.

I wish I would of looked for the old reviews before I payed upfront 10 full body sessions with them! The staff is unprofessional and rude, especially a particular one who is always at the desk and acts like she is in charge. She always enter in the room over her colleagues while having a treatment and making comments, arguing with them in their native language or trying to take over, that shows no respect for the customer. When she did the treatment ones she didn't offer me a towel and when I asked for it, she gave me an attitude. Also when I had the test patch their specialist said that I should do the sessions every 3-4 weeks because of my hair texture, but always when I had to book they will say that it's all booked and can give me a session only 6-7 weeks away.When I asked to book 2 session in advance to make sure I do it often enough, they said that it's not possible, because I will take the spots of other customers, so on my own money I couldn't get the right treatment for me!! So the service and the results of the treatment are very poor! When I stumbled over the manager and the owner of the business over phone, while I was trying to cancel and rebook a session (which obviously she said that it's not possible and I will just have to miss the session as apparently that's the protocol which they never made it clear/told to the customer!) I tried to tell her that is not fair not only because they haven't told me that in advance but also because they are not doing their part properly, hence the experience with them. But she dismissed me saying that I am making all this up because I am upset that I am losing a session. So it's obvious they don't care about the customers, they just want to make easy money! Don't waste your money and time with them, even though might be tempting because it's a bit cheaper, it's not worth it! Go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and actually get results!

Worst costumer service ....they keep changing their company name, and delete existing patient document to make u buy new packages..... basically never pay anything up front in this company, pay separately for each session

I just want to tell my experience with the clinic.I did 15 appointment and the results are bad not happy at all.Service very bad for what you pay I never suggest to no one to go or deal with them very disappointing.I am putting 1star because doesnt let me to complete the review.
