Marble hair Orpington

i visited two weeks ago, absolutely shocking service - waited two hours to be seen, the lady told me my hair was disgusting and needed major work. the bleach she used frazzled my hair to the point its clumping out everyday in my shower. they tried to overcharge me for services i did not get the blowdry made me look like ive just been dragged through a bush. do not recommend to anyone ! STAY AWAY. Services: Blowouts, Hair highlighting

Extremely unprofessional. I was not spoken to when I arrived. Was then just told to take a seat without being asked what I wanted and wasnt given an estimate of how long the wait would be. The hairdressers were then out the back for around 20 minutes before coming out to both work on the same customer (the customer had to tell them to come out in the first place). They then noticed I was sitting and nudged each other as they obviously had forgotten I was sitting there. They both came and sat on the sofa with me, finally asked what I actually wanted, gave no apology even though I just heard them say they had forgotten I was there (there was only two other people in the shop) and condescendingly smiled at me and asked me to wait longer. They did not seem to know what they were doing and the service was just appalling.

Got my hair done a lot of times here went blonde from dark hair then balayage then dark hair again in the past years and always had a lovely experience! Most recently, I got keratine blowdry done after the stylists recommendation and it absolutely tamed my frizzy hair!
