        I've been coming to see Ashleigh for my lashes and brows for a couple of years now. She has always been very professional, friendly and makes you feel most welcome. I've always walked away very happy . Customer service is outstanding! My only advice to others is to properly read the Terms & Conditions to avoid any confusion or disappointment. Any doubts just ask her.

        Waist of time! No respect for customers! I have booked eyelashes extensions appointment 2 weeks ago, took day off, paid a deposit. That morning I came 10 minutes earlier, I was a bit surprise that it was not a salon, but a flat.That's ok. The lady let me in, we were standing in her kitchen, she looked at me and said: you sign a form saying you need to come without a make up. I was surprised, because I have washed my face before coming, I have touched my lashes an on the left eye left corner I felt a bit mascara. I asked can I wash my eyelashes ( we were standing in a kitchen :) ) or maybe she could help me? She said the appointment was booked for 90min and unfortunately we have no time ( even I came 10 min earlier) and she needs to cancel appointment an to book another one for next time... It was strange, disrespectful, never had such customer service before, so be careful
