This is my third time ordering from Capelliamore and this hair is honestly the best hair Ive ever purchased and it lasts. Just ordered a 360 lace wig with an extra bundle. The wig is so full I wont need to add any extra tracks. Never buy a wig from a company that posts mostly influencers. That was the note to self I made after my experience, I really wanted a special wig after months of back and forth I received an average wig with horrible quality strangely ends. Took about 2.5 months ish from payment to final semi descent end. Customer service sounded like they made an effort to help but its nothing like what I wanted so for that 1 star. I was the pregnant lady that ordered the blonde wig that came directly from China, it was re dyed twice, the hair is so bad Ive never worn it. When the blonde wig arrived your response was that you provided the hair and didnt dye it, I noticed you now say you didnt dye the hair in your posts. But you said that youd get as close as possible but it came out looking like something else. I can post photos if youd like so people can see what Im saying

You know that look people give you when something aint right with your appearance but they too polite to say anything.. that's the way people look at me when I wear this wig. I ordered a full lace 26" wig a few months ago. I was expecting it to look like the influencers/ celebrities' hair on their instagram page, considering i paid more than 600 pounds for it!! It came in a DHL bag, wrapped in a hair net and a little card detailing the length and style of the wig. I first noticed the smell; horrible. It smelt like that cheap hair you get on aliexpress. The lace: THICK and the colour was liiiiight, like there's no way it would blend with my skin... The hair itself was actually nice though. I tried and tried to get the lace to melt, but, alas, it just wasn't meant to be :( Its rather grey and sheds quite badly. I wont be ordering from them again... not that they care really. They seem to interested in catering to these influencers rather than your average lady. Oh well. Service: Hair extensions

When your insta feed is flooded with this hair company and you see influencers tag them you assume it'll be good. The customer service was well below par, I made a phone call to confirm some details and the lady answered the phone with a rude attitude, extremely unprofessional as if I had called the wrong number. I even had to confirm if I had called the correct number. The hair itself is good, I haven't worn it long enough for a proper hair review but at first glance its good but overall I would spend my money with a company that appreciates my custom Service: Hair extensions
