        I had the most lovely waxing experience here with Sam. She was so lovely and provided a really great and painless experience. From start to finish she was professional, yet friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be going back to Sam next time. Unfortunately I had a bad experience when I last came for a wax, and I do agree with some of the comments saying that more training may be needed, as the last one was very painful and I didnt think the employee was very pleasant or friendly. But not to end on a bad note, lovely salon, and Sam is brilliant at her job. Service: Brazilian waxing
