Im not a high maintenance user of any salon - but when I do want something done, Ill always come back to Charlie at Charlotte of London. As the salon owner, I know shell be professional and reliable with all her treatments. And Im never disappointed! Today, following two years+ of the pandemic, I obtained an appointment for eyebrow threading and lash curl & dye treatments. The results were astonishing and Im delighted! The nearby multi-story car park, opposite the station was extremely handy for her salon - particularly as it was a windy and stormy day. So, thank you, Charlie - excellent service, as usual. What a rip off ! I called and booked an appointment for bikini wax For me and my daughter ! Was quoted 15 each and at the end I payed 44 dont know why !! Does the women charge per hair We were provided the service by the owner !! My girl was charged extra but for what !! She is left with hair everywhere so much do that we had to go home and shave the rest ! I was fuming when I was charged but didnt make a fuss as didnt want to upset my girl ! But made sure that I called to tell them I will never be going back there first and last !! And will make sure to tell all my friends all about it !! Still angry a total rip off !!!! Service: Waxing
