No matter how they rebrand be cautious when picking this shop... I was once a loyal customer but got tired of agreeing a price only to get to the end of the work and charged 20-30 more (no doubt because she knew my pride would make me pay). Even sad is the permanent damage to my hair follicles from excess pressure despite constant pleas not to do ny hair so tight. My final straw was a wig I had made (after refusing to let the owner make one) that was returned to me damaged. Now I could never prove it was done by her but what was damning and resulted in me never returning was the rude attitude as though I hadn't been a loyal customer for more than 5 years!! This shop would benefit from having staff that know how to truly preserve hair, rather than being focused on how much money they can bring in! Definently approach with caution as even though I avoid this shop, its sad to listen to ongoing negative experiences similar to mine. Service: Hair extensions

Love the way they do my hair every time always happy been goin to this salon for 6yr now never going any were eles .

Took my son for a trim and whilst the haircut was adequate the customer service was disappointing. There was no welcoming atmosphere at all. I was asked not to sit on the seat as a paying customer wanted to sit down.....whilst I wasn't getting a haircut I was paying so....?! The woman was particularly grumpy and even when I made eye contact she didn't even smile. Really sad they make no effort to retain customers by creating a nice environment
