This has been my go-to nail salon until recently where I had a bad experience on my manicure, usually great but then I got cut with the cuticle clipper (no apology and pretended it didnt happen) which has left a small scar and I asked for a tip on a broken nail, mentioned to two members of staff and they didnt put this on which was disappointing as it is usually great until this time Services: Manicure, Acrylic nails

Been going here for over a year now for acrylics, and its always been brilliant service every time. The nail techs are so friendly and good at what they do, and can pull off even the most complicated of designs. The interior of shop is always so clean and nice, and I wouldnt trust anywhere else to do my nails now!

Was lucky I decided to get hands & feet done last minute. I walked in. Get compliments 2 weeks on.

Worst nail shop and customer service ever. The manager booked me in for 5.30pm and then when I arrived to my appointment it was not booked. She then shouted at me down the phone claiming that she didnt care. I am utterly appalled at how I was treated today. Especially as I have been going to this nail shop for years and I have referred many customers including my mum to this shop. Never again.
