        Purchased through the site, did not recieve the product and then contacted company (they did not call back) so i'm glad that I paid through paypal, I;m applying for a refund. Excellent product rubbish management.

        The black is a great product but the customer service is so bad. I ordered the 2kg black soap, thank God I used PayPal. After several weeks of ignoring my email I asked PayPal for refund. The company sent a very rude email but I'm glad I got my money back

        I've used this company many times over the past couple of years and they have always been very good. I buy the 2kg black soap and it works wonders for the whole family.

        Terrible experience. I ordered black soap and three different body butters to sample. They did'n't send one of the body butters. When I informed them of this I received a call from them accusing me of lying, the person I spoke to said they packed it themselves and took pictures. I asked for those pictures but received nothing. He did however say that he would issue a refund instead of sending the missing body butter. I have not received the refund or the missing body butter and have since been ignored. Shame. Avoid like the plague.
