Absolutely terrible. Avoid at ALL costs! I honestly wouldnt allow these cowboys to pay me to have my hair cut in there ever again. Asked for a skin fade, which wasnt looking too awful until the barber decided to take it upon himself to become all artistic with what he referred to as a shape up. Now, I am familiar with this term, but nowhere in my lifetime have I known this to mean that a large triangle as far back as your ear be wedged out from your hairline. Anyway, this is what I got, and its too late to change now of course. When I complained I was spun a yarn about it being a service that the customer is required to proactively opt out from. Can you believe it? Hi, skin fade please - oh, without a big artistic triangle cut out from my hairline please. I was discounted a fiver but had I not been desperate to get out of the shop I would have refused to pay anything at all. I was simply too angry to notice and just paid anyway. Never again. Please avoid - you look better with your hair in whatever state it is in right now, than you will after going to Figos. *Response to Figos reply as follows: Figos. Walking home from your salon was embarrassing enough for me, the very last thing Id want to do is share a photo of the damage caused by your staff, for all to see. In addition, I doubt a photo would do much for your reputation either. Service: Fade cut
