Harrow barber shop

I visited yesterday this place and my experience was the worst. Below are my experiences- 1. Biasness- There was only barber in the shop and he was so rude in his tone with customers. Eg- when my turn came, he asked me the blade number for my hair cut. I showed him one clear recent picture of mine to make him understand the amount of hair reduction I want . He started saying he is unable to see the pic when the pic was so clear. This was the same pic I had shown when I had gone for my previous haricut and that barber did not had any problem in the quality of the picture . Further to my shock, he was behaving so jolly and nicely with customers who originally belonged to his home country .myself and other local customers felt very awkward looking at this. 2. Beard shaving services- he was so hard and aggressive in shaving my beard that I had couple of cuts on my face which I totally hate him for but he felt as if nothing had happened. 3. Quality- very bad quality as he was in lots of hurry . This is one of the reason I got cuts on my face as pointed above 4. Cost- cost is anyways similar or little bit less as compared to big brands like m and m hair studio, etc. however those brands are professionals, give you enough time, offer you quality services and dont play with your skin . If the owner of the shop is reading these reviews, please ensure you take proper action. Also, based on the services you have provided and cuts on my face , I demand a full refund Services: Shave, Military haircut
