        I used to go and get my haircut from the younger guy with long hair but the last time I went, he said I'd be fine with his colleague. His colleague left me with patches at the side of my head and i had to instruct him to go over it again. He also managed to cut me, drawing blood about 5x when he gave me a shave. They didn't offer any discount or apologise. I've never been back. When I went to buy a few beers from the shop a few doors down, Mr Long hair was there accompanying the girl at the till and he just stared at me, was weird, got the feeling he wasn't happy that I hadn't been back. Not really a reason to return is it? If you or your colleague messes up, just own it and apologise.
