Mistakes happen, but the actions taken to rectify the problem is what makes the difference.
I contacted OFF - CUT and received a swift reply, providing further detail regarding my complaint.
A refund was promptly provided.
A complementary haircut arranged.

- The barber was very nice and friendly
Negatives:
- He has not done the fade correctly, it's longer on one side than the other and my hair is basically sticking out at an angle
- The back of my hair is the same length as when I went in. I asked for a 0.5/number 1 fade on the back and sides!
- The website says they'll offer to wash your hair, and I thought this would be the case as I had product in my hair - but they don't even have sinks?!
- With the beard trim, the shape up was not up to standard and I had to shave my own neck when I got home, as well as tidying up my face
- I was offered a beer, but no soft drink or coffee
Off Cut markets itself as a cut above the rest of the barbers around the Triangle, and prices itself about 80% higher than the competition. For this price I was expecting to be blown away but I've basically been left with a worse service than the cheaper barbers around the area.
