Bouncers were extremely rude and made me feel so uncomfortable, the staff inside were not very helpful either. One man behind the bar with a huge queue and the rest of the bar staff hanging around having a chat. Came here for my birthday as it looked really nice and was very disappointed.

It wasn't the best experience, solely due to the behavior of your hostess. On Saturday evening, there was a red-haired girl wearing a green shirt who, according to the bartender, was a hostess. We were sitting at one of the tables when she randomly placed a sign indicating that it was booked in 30 minutes. However, nobody informed us before we got the table that there was a booking at that particular time. Later, I tried to speak with her, but she refused to listen and insisted that I had to listen to her. She wouldn't let me say a word, and was very rude and disrespectful. I think you should provide her with some training.
