Very small portions. 11 for small rice. Come on! 15kg bag of rice is 11. Chinese restaurants are usually generous on portions, this one not. Even the delivery man had to apologise for small portions. To be mean on rice? Your choice! I did not see the eggs or the vegetables in the rice, either.
