        I was disappointed to learn that Barclays bank are the biggest funders of fossil fuels in Europe. As stated by the head of the UN, the fossil fuel industry is incompatible with our survival. I shall be switching to another bank ASAP to try to help our planet survive.

        Whoever is in charge needs to sort this place out. Massively under staffed resulting in queues, stressed customers and therefore a stressed workforce. I feel sorry for the staff cause they are doing their best but their best isnt enough. The opening hours are so stupid as well, cash desk closes at 2:30pm? What a joke! Avoid this place whenever possible, youll only waste your time.

        The level of service here reaches a whole new low for modern in-person banking. Understaffed, unable to solve queries and just a waste of time even attempting to get anything done there

        Over an hour and a half wait, only one cashier available for a queue of 20 people. Not enough staff for the amount of customers. They brush you off to go do it online. Its part of a bigger operational problem. Rude manager. I will be taking my savings and business banking somewhere else.
