No customer service/ extremely negligent. I closed the account due to that and they still managed to made multi millon bank transfer errors. Unacceptable.

This bank is shameful zero customer service Have overseas non resident account ..if you want compliance forms completed fine but then dont ask for copy documentation every 5 minutes because you are so useless and incompetent to loose it! If i could give a zero star rating this would be An understatement
