        Had an appointment at 10:00, no one attended until 10:30 so I left, Avoid if you have a schedule as they don't.

        I spent nearly a couple of hours in this Barclays Bank branch today trying to verify my identity. After queuing for the counter, was informed to join another queue for an advisor. Later the Advisor had difficulty with verification because he needed a stamp which was locked in a colleague's office so wrote it up by hand to scan forward to another colleague. Fingers crossed it works!
