        Do not use the cash machine outside it retained my card and showed it had taken money off my balance when no cash was disbursed.

        Very disgraceful staff. They don't know what they are doing and say they are helping but do the complete opposite. Evil, will be shut down shortly and automated. You do not need these people, they are not capable of basic work

        the bank is terrible! the system does not work, if you want to make a payment to the account, be prepared to wait for money for more than 9 working days. go shopping online? get ready for card locks, and account freezes. will block your card quickly, and for defrosting you will have to wait at least 5 working days! in the end, having money on your account or card, be prepared to be left without money! want to close an account and withdraw all the money from the bank because the bank is not up to the task? nothing will work, at least they will tell you to come tomorrow, but not the fact that tomorrow they will give your money!
