        Such a poor service on the phone. I was on hold for an hour but no one responded.

        When I first took out a fixed term deposit for my small business the service was great. A year later when that term was up, they failed to reinvest in line with my instructions, didn't answer emails and didn't answer their main switchboard phone, it just went to ansaphone over a protracted period. I'm now investing the money elsewhere and considering I have had a lucky escape!
