Great service every single time !!!! Super Friendly staff !!!! Today I was assisted by Salpesh ( apologies if I have spelled wrong) very friendly and very helpful with transferring my money to one of the car dealers.... he took great care of me and my money by making sure the transfer is safe !!!!!! He even called the car dealer Manager before completing the transaction. Really appreciate it!!!!! Michalina is also great I have seen her on few occasions and every time very very friendly and helpful!!!! Thank You all for great service !!!!!

Linah was absolutely amazing today. She spent the time to go through my dad's and my savings accounts, ensuring it was explained in a way I understood and making sure that we had the best products to suit our needs now and in the future. Fantastic service from TSB Harrow every single time. The bank manager, Michalina Fabian, is an asset to TSB!! She along with her team helped me out with transferring payments to my solicitor efficiently. She did all the cross checks, kept me fully informed and literally kept me at ease during a stressful time. My go to branch for business (wish there were more branches though!)

There is no zero that's why Iam giving 1star, I have two account with them opened around 16 years back one for myself , and I Opened one for my son, it was very good staff before, But unfortunately I was there last week very bad experience, new staff doesn't know the meaning of customer service.
