        Really friendly and helpful branch. Sorted out a large transfer of money making it feel very safe to do so. All worked out very well. I remembered Fiona from her previous job in Finsbury Park 30 years ago. A really fun person!

        Terrible customer service. I asked something and they give me something different. They never know anything and always ask the people to return another day. No life for this. Waste of time.

        I found everyone at the branch very helpful and making customers very welcome. Also, the Branch has a large table where customers can sit and prepare their papers before being called forward to the counter.there are also two very comfortable seats where elderly customers can rest I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star for the services provided.
