        This place is open 24 hours, but for no good reason. None of the pay in machines work and constantly have the error that the machine cannot serve you right now. This is my local branch but have only managed one successful deposit in my 6 years in the local area

        Pay in machines are out of order all the time. There are usually 2/3 machines and none of them work. No one bothers to fix them!!!

        The whole of Canary Wharf is open till 6:30 they close at 3:30 absolutely pathetic

        They are the worst, the staff is unreliable ,unprofessional,dont have the knowledge to help,probably close my account with them.

        The only reason I leave 5 stars is for Akif who is very efficient and helpful because by phone the customer service is useless and inesistent and they never can help me therefore I go every time to the branch to sort the problem out and fortunately Akif always helps me. Thank to exist in this difficult bank! Eleonora
